She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Herbert Dowdall; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Tamara and Tanner; her great grandchildren, Keydan, Kaeson, Carter, Briya Thompson of Fort McMurray, Magnus and Darius Parks of Sooke; her parents, Edith Buchanan (Kirkham) and Calvin Buchanan; and her siblings, Kenneth Buchanan, Keith Buchanan and Edna Cameron.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Walker (Chris) of Fort McMurray, Alberta and Janet Brady of Perth.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street West, Perth, on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. An interment service will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Perth at 1:00 p.m. In remembrance of Eileen, memorial contributions to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital - Perth Site would be appreciated by her family.
