She was predeceased by : her parents, Alex Camelon and Nellie Camelon; her husband Robert "Bob" Harper; her sister-in-law Jean Wither (late Jim); and her siblings, Carl, Bill, Gerald, Marg, Madge, Mildred and Gladys.

She is survived by : her children, Lynn Harper (late Vic Stone), Rob Harper (Jill Lynch) and Bill Harper (Donna Koekkoek); her grandchildren, Taylor, Claire, Kelsey and Emily; and her siblings, Lois Davidson (Doug), Minnie McKinnon (Joe) and John Camelon (Mary). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Those wishing to honour Frances' life with a memorial donation are asked to consider Knox Presbyterian Church or the Perth Hospital.
