He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Tysick and Vi Tysick; his sister Jenny Laing (late Bill Dorman); and his daughter Wendy. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Allison (Mike), Trevor (Angel), Lawrence, Kenneth (Dorothy), Darlene (Peter) and Mark; his granddaughter Anne (Zach); his siblings, Linda Thompson, Chris Tysick and Judy Purdy; and his pet Sylvester. He is also survived by his Grandchildren, his Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (15 Gore St W, Perth, ON K7H2L7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
