He was predeceased by : his parents, Hilda Hodgins and Nelson Hodgins; his sister Shirley Jean Kezarian (Kerry Rivett); and his stepson Paul Rivett. He is survived by : his close friend Lucie Parisien; his children, Grant Hodgins (Heather), Maureen Hodgins and Laura Lankin; his grandchildren, Matthew, Samuel, Andrew, Anna Lankin, Joelle, Benjamin and Wyatt Hodgins; his brother Howard; his nephew Christopher; his niece Sylvia Nash; his stepsons, Dan (Glenna) and Andy Rivett (Kathy); his stepgrandchildren, Tom (Hayley), Allison, Jenna (Steve Voisin), Janine (Graydon Hensel), Kate (Mat), Jessica (Jed), Patricia and Steven; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Evan, Natalie, Graham, Sam, Leo and Calvin.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, the arrangements at this time are being held privately for the family.

Memorial donations are requested to the ALS Canada.
