It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Evelyn Smith (Perth, Ontario), who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Evelyn Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William John Hodge of Cumnock and Doris Millicent Pantlin of London, England.; her husband James Sidney; and her siblings, Robert James Hodge (Iva), Sharon and Alan.

She is survived by : her daughter Dawn Ann Gandier (Stephen). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark, Leeds & Grenville.
