Jim Barrie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jim Barrie in Perth, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Jim may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jim touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rankin Barrie and Blanche Barrie (Geddes). He is survived by: his wife Judy Barrie; and his children, Angela Barrie, Aaron Barrie and Robin (Mark Shuenemann). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
