With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Josefchak-Roper (Perth, Ontario), born in Boyle, Alberta, who passed away on March 7, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Chapa and Anna Chapa; her siblings, Mary, Alex and John Chapa; her former husband Stephen Peter Josefchak; and her daughter Patricia Josefchak-Balint.

She is survived by: her son Peter Stephen Josefchak; her grandchildren, Erin, Jennifer, Daniel, Andrew and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Sierra, Olivia and Giulio.
