He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Viva Manion and Armour Douglas Garland; his stepfather Thomas Alexander Elliott (Sandy); his wife Ginette Garland; his children, Armour Patrick Garland and Rebeccca Genevieve Garland; his brother Greg Elliott; his sister-in-law Maureen; and his brothers, William Garland (Jack) and Drew Elliott. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In remembrance of Paddy, contributions to the Perth Legion Poppy Fund or the Lanark Lodge Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
