He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Sargeant; his son Matthew Pennett; his grandchildren, Parker, Landon and Greyson Pennett; and his sister Jean Visser.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (15 Gore St W, Perth, ON K7H2L7). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (38 Wilson St E, Perth, ON K7H1L6).
In his memory, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated by Paul's family.
