She was predeceased by : her husband David; and her daughter Catherine. She is survived by : her children, Chris (Patti), Elaine (Tom) and Andrew (Deanne); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Alexander, Lilli and Davidson; her siblings, Joan and George (Barbara); and her extendeds, McLaren, Sample and Strong.

Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation.
