He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Baxter and Mary Baxter. He is survived by: his family, Jeremy Baxter (Heather) and Lesley Upshall (Dave); his grandchildren, Brayden, Julia, Emma, Danna, Hadley and Meg; his siblings, Kathy Belfour (Ray) and Doug Baxter (Nancy); Sheila Hoffmeyer (Dave). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
