He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Dowdall; his sons, Mike (Helen), Dave (Arlene) and Randy (Corinne); his grandchildren, Laura Dowdall, Sarah Barrett (Chris), Amanda Dowdall (Ryan), Lisa O'Neil (Chris), Eric Dowdall, Colin O'Hara (Rachel), Todd Dowdall, Sydney Dodson (Tyson), Brian Dowdall (Cherina) and Adam Dowdall; and his stepchildren, Denise Varcoe (Gord), Gwen Thompson (Rennee) and Eric Thompson (Suzannne).
