We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Simpson of Perth, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son-in-law Paul Rogers; her parents, George Ahrens and Margery Ahrens; her brother Keith Ahrens; and her sister-in-law Joy Walther (Keith).

She is survived by : her husband Peter "Pete" Simpson; her children, Marjorie-Ann Halcomb (Kevin), Terry Simpson (Corinne) and Steve Simpson (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Ryan Matthew, Jay, Kayla, Natalie and Hannah; her sibling Jerry Ahrens (Cindy); her sisters-in-law, Jane Ahrens and Joanne Trewartha (Ron); and her close friend Bev Elliott. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations to L.H.S.C. Foundation (Cancer Centre) or Stratford Perth Rotary Hospice would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
