He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William Lloyd and Margaret Lois Howard (Boothe); his siblings, John and Nancy Petlock; his wife Betty Eleanor (Crowe); his children, Norman Stuart Howard and Laura Elizabeth Eplett (Jim); and his grandchildren, Samuel James and Eleanor Laura Eplett.
