He was predeceased by: his sibling Cathy Legere. He is survived by: his spouse Teresa Phillips; his children, Bradley Phillips and Arlene Phillips (Devon Ewing); his grandchild Addison; and his siblings, Richard, George and Dave Phillips.
A Memorial Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel of the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday morning July 20th at 11 o'clock followed by Interment in St. Columba;s Cemetery.In memory of Brad, donations to the Ottawa Region Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
