She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Gilbert "Sandy" Saunders; her parents, Donald Fraser and Isabel Fraser; her son Steven (Suzanne); and her brother William "Bud" Fraser.
She is survived by: her son Stuart Saunders; her grandchildren, Scott (Hailey) and Kaitlyn-Rose; her great grandchildren, James and Myles; and her sister Martha MacLean (late Walter) of Nova Scotia.
