With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Toohey (Petawawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 7, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Bernard Toohey; her daughter Patricia Toohey; and her parents, George Evans and Lillian Evans. She is survived by: her children, Susan Prince (David), Robert Toohey, Sharon Merriman (Stephen), Amanda Haynes (Daniel) and Shaun Toohey; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, Nikki, Lori, Manda, Stephanie, Katherine, Phillip, Joshua and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Kyle, Cameron, Lindsay, Gabriel, Andrew, Maisie, Ivy, Cadence, Sophie, Isaac and Benjamin.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Covenant House or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
