He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Theresa Turcotte; his parents, Isidore Turcotte and Minnie Turcotte; and his siblings, Russell (late Laura), Sidney (late Colette), Allan (late Rachel), Edmund (late Pauline), Melvin Turcotte (Thea), Elton Turcotte (Marjorie), Elsie (late Gordon Kutschke) and June (late Gerry Doucette).
He is survived by: his children, Norma Hisko (Bryan) of Arnprior, Tony (Rhonda) of Petawawa, Bernadette Turcotte of Pembroke, Brenda Turcotte of Pembroke, Cecil Turcotte (Wanita) of Pembroke, Jane Turcotte of Petawawa and Jackie Beaupre (Dave) of Pembroke; his sister Helen Turcotte-Moores; and his grandchildren, Jordan Hisko (Heather), Pamela Hisko, Dawn Recoskie (Stephen), Nick Turcotte (Kristen), Nathan Hisko (Dana), Brianne (Nick Brown), Janna Vecchiola (Matt Stencill), Brandon Turcotte (Jessica Cooney), Andrew Bjorkman, Joel Beaupre (Sandi), Natalie (Spencer Yakabak) and Thomas Beaupre. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
