He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Felhaber and Ethel Felhaber; and his brothers, Woodrow (late Pauline), Eugene (Patricia) and Raymond (late Debbie).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Felhaber; his children, Garwood Jr. "Garry" Felhaber (Helen) of Napanee and Joyce-Ann Lemoine (Denis) of Petawawa; his grandchildren, Michael, Brittany Felhaber of Napanee and Derek Lemoine (Kelsey) of Petawawa; his great grandchildren, Coral and Wesley; his brothers-in-law, Keith, Fred and James Brannan; his brother Laverne (Linda); and his close friend Kathy Peters of Saskatchewan.
