He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Sylvestre and Isobel Sylvestre; and his stepfather George Gauvin. He is survived by: his spouse Gale Sylvestre; his children, Tami Sylvestre (Craig Edmonds) and Sandy Rafuse; and his grandchildren, Claire, Charlie Edmonds and Brandon Rafuse.
