She was predeceased by : her husband Keith Daiken. She is survived by : her children, Shelley Gauthier (Joe), Keith "Butch" Daiken (Connie), Jeffrey Daiken, Shane Daiken (Diane) and Trenton; her grandchildren, Shannon, Mandy, Brandon, Tiffany, Michelle, Candice, Arden, Haley, Jane and Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Rylan and Flynn; and her pet Puff.

As an expression of sympathy in memory of Joan, donations to the Renfrew County SPCA would be appreciated.
