She is survived by: her children, Arthur Simmons (April), Emily Thompson (Jeff), Rose Young (Darryl), Calvin Simmons (Roxanne) and Brian Simmons (Tammy); her grandchildren, Krystal, Stephen, Corinna, Eddie, Jesse, Lori-Anne, James, Andrew, Vanessa and Chloe; her great grandchildren, William, Oliver, Alexander, Isabella, Quinton and Leland; and her siblings, Sheldon Mitchell and Shirley White.
