She is survived by: her parents, Len Shankland and Debby Shankland; her brothers, Jason Shankland of Petawawa and Jeff Shankland (Nicole) of Petawawa; and her aunts and uncles, Linda McCarthy (Pat) of North Bay, Susan Brown (late Robert) of North Bay, Gordon Shankland of North Bay, Heather Haywood (Ross), Bob Empie (Rebecca) and Ohio. She is also survived by her cousins and many friends.
