He was predeceased by: his wife Judith "Judy" Duplisea; his brother Don Duplisea (Deanna); and his parents, Calvin Duplisea and Ruth Duplisea. He is survived by: his children, Stanley Duplisea Jr. and Charmaine Lindsay (Yashpal); his grandchildren, Mariah, Willow, Trinity, Brooklyn, Damian, Devin, Rayshell and Bunu; and his brother Doug Duplisea of Smithers, B. C. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
