We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2019, at the age of 75, William James Kipling (Petawawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kipling and Grace Violet (Bennett). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robert Gowan (late Caroline) and Karen Mason (Jamie); and his siblings, Ronald Kipling, Marjorie Kipling and Myrna Revelle. He is also survived by children and 12 great-grand children.
