He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Caroline; his siblings, Elsie, Leona, Walter, Jean, Pearl and Florence; and his close friends, Joe Carr and Jimmy Shaughnessy.
He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Brenda (Dave) and Larry (Christine); and his grandchildren, Brent (Tracy), Christopher (Jenn), Chase (Katt), Clayton and Cole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ashburnham Funeral Home (840 Armour Rd, Peterborough, ON K9H2A2). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosemount Memorial Gardens (2551 Whittington Dr, Peterborough, ON K9J0G5).
