He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Lily Williams; and his siblings, Evelyn Donaldson, Margaret Carruthers, Viola Thompson and Donald Williams.

He is survived by: his spouse Patty; his children, Scott Williams (Noreen), Kim Hutchingame (Frank), Ed Zielinski (Samantha) and Sherri Zielinski (Chris McPhee); and his grandchildren, Alex, Alyssa, Nicholas, Laura, Tara, Adam, Sophie and Summer.

In memory of Allan, donations to the Parkinson Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
