He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet; his children, Fiona Gentle (Steve) and Bill Cowan (Nancy); his grandchildren, Chris (Shaunah), Mitch Cowan (Krista), Andrea (Kyle), Kirk (Kathleen) and Kelli Billings (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Dallas, Blakely, Miles, Adalyn and Karson; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy and Dave Elder (Pat).
