He was predeceased by: his parents, Alida and Pieter; and his siblings, Adrian and Jannie. He is survived by: his wife Lida; his children, Ann (Elliott), Peter (Karen) and Frits (Clair); his grandchildren, Matthew, Cara, Aidan and Stephanie (Kern); his great grandchildren, Jayden and Kendal; and his siblings, Kees, Piet and Ada.
