It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arthur Powell (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 90, on April 16, 2021. He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine; his daughter Dorothy Lami (Pete); his parents, Aubrey and Adelina; and his siblings, Audrey, Charlie and Walter.

He is survived by: his sons, Arthur (Lorraine) and James (Debbie); his grandchildren, Peter Lami (Jessica), Catherine, Christopher, Maya and Luannah; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Amber; and his sister Alice Drinkwater (Ray). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions there will be a private family service held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough followed by cremation.

In memory of Edward, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
