She was predeceased by: her parents, John Coughlin and Margaret Ann Allen; her brother Gerald; her sister-in-law Peggy; her sisters, Margaret and Mary Howell; her brother-in-law Jim Howell; her niece Maureen Blake (Gary); and her great-nephew Mark Blake.

She is survived by: her sisters, Joanne and Teresa (Terry Keating); and her nieces and nephews, Mary Joan McLeod (Don), Theresa Howell (Angelo), John Coughlin (Lisa), Gerald Coughlin, Kenny Coughlin, Cathy Hoerig (Kevin), Nickey Kimball (Al), Terry Keating (Brenda) and John Keating (Debby).

Honouring Barbara's wishes and due to Covid restrictions, cremation has taken place and there will be a private burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Douro, Ontario.
