He was predeceased by : his wife Leona Frances Sheehan (Keogan); his parents, Joseph Sheehan and Adeline Sheehan (Torpey); his stepmother Stella (Payment); his siblings, Gus, Carl (Eileen), Mary (Harvey) and Marg (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Anne and Dave.

He is survived by : his siblings, Gerard (Pat), Roseanne, Jim, Lenore and Julie (Barry); and his sisters-in-law, Ella, Helen (Graham) and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many great friends.
