She is survived by: her children, Craig Slack (Sylvia), Perry Slack (Laura) and Joan Slack (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Ryan, Heather, Brennan, Melissa, Jennifer, Christina and Angela; her great grandchildren, Jakob, Kaitlyn, Azriel, Hudson and Talia; and her sibling Hazel Ryley.
