He was predeceased by: his brother Donald (Sandra Houghton) of Burlington; and his parents, Wilbert Austin Houghton and Sarah McDonald. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Katherine Houghton (Kay Anne) of Peterborough, Sherrilyn (Dale Harman) of North Rustico, PEI and Robert Houghton (Colleen) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Jennifer Harman (Andrew Saunderson), James Harman (Jessica), Joshua Harman, Janna Houghton and Robbie Houghton; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Harman and Zoe Harman.

In memory of Blair, donations to Calvary Pentecostal Church, Peterborough would be appreciated by the family. (Arrangements entrusted to DUFFUS FUNERAL HOME).
