She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Bulgin; and her son Bret Bulgin. She is survived by: her children, Deborah, Shari (Shawn) and Jay (Lindsay); and her daughter-in-law Leona. She is also survived by many grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
