He was predeceased by: his son Sylvain; and his parents, Herbert Pell and Margaret Martin. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline McCloy Pell; his children, Martin (Christine) and Rosalind (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ben, Emily Nelson, Aiden and Connor Pell; and his sister Marie Wrennal (late Keith).
