Carl Armstrong Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Armstrong and Wren Armstrong; and his sister Janet Armstrong. He is survived by: his spouse Starr Jones-Armstrong; his daughters, Lisa Plante (Yves), Tina Heffernan and Sarah Arseneau (Lou); his grandchildren, Ashley, Sophie, Jacob, Nadine, Caleb, Cyrus, Jakson and Tiffany; his great grandchild William; and his siblings, Linda Chambo (Frank), Ian Armstrong (Linda) and Mark Armstrong (Roberta). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
