With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad O'Connor (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on September 29, 2018 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Patsy; his grandparent Daisy O'Connor; and his uncles, Terry, Paul and Peter O'Connor.
He is survived by: his parent Craig Belfry (Linda); his sibling Shane; his grandparents, Bernice Zinston (late Stanley) and Desmond O'Connor; and also Lorraine Cuff. He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.
