He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor; his parents, William and Dorothy; his sister Iris Blue; and his brother-in-law John Deck (late Joan).
He is survived by: his children, Scott Bain (Linda) and Jennifer Torpey (Doyle); his grandchildren, Daulton Bain and Cayden Torpey; his sister Joan Smyth (late Ralph); and his sibling's children, Brenda Smith (Richard) and Shawn Deck.
In honour of Charlie's love of animals, donations to the Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated in his memory.
