He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah; his mother Diane; his siblings, David Jr. (Karie), Tracy Million (Mark) and Irene Parish; and his nibling Dane.

He is survived by: his father David (Maryann); his stepsiblings, Jason, Ryan and Katie; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon, Dave Jr., Adam, Jason, Mark Jr., Lisa, Justin, Jamie, Joel and Keegan.

Donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
