He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah; his mother Diane; his siblings, David Jr. (Karie), Tracy Million (Mark) and Irene Parish; and his siblings' child Dane.

He is survived by: his father David (Maryann); his stepsiblings, Jason, Ryan and Katie; and his sibling's children, Shannon, Dave Jr., Adam, Jason, Mark Jr., Lisa, Justin, Jamie, Joel and Keegan.

Donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
