It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cindy-Lynn Brown-Edmondson (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lynda Brown; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Brown (late Robert), Dorothy Marie Northey (Fred) and Shirley Donker (Lennard). She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Cacey, Taylor and Aidan; her father Wayne Brown; her sisters, Kimberly-Anne Brown-McKie (Richard) and Terri-Leah Fleury (Ivan); and her mother-in-law Dorothy Edmondson (late Fred). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and co-workers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre, Bensfort Road (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5).
Donations made to the Peterborough Humane Society, Riverview Park & Zoo or Hospice Peterborough would be greatly appreciated by the family.
