He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Anne (Gibson); his parents, Ernest and Lilian (MacMullen); and his siblings, Isobel (Wallace) and Elwood.

He is survived by: his children, Denise Shaw, Ray Irwin (Nancy) and Nancy Allanson (Neil); his grandchildren, Tyler (Haley), Brittany, Tayler and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Amilyah and Madelyn.

Donations to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
