He was predeceased by: his son Michael (Kathi); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Murray (Karen), Gayle Blackwood (Keith) and Brian (Debbie); his sister Jean; and his grandchildren, Mandy, Derek, Andrew, Scott, Shane, Danielle, Christopher, Shareena, Brett, Adrianna and Kassandra. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

Private family service due to COVID 19 restrictions.
