He is survived by : his children, Grace (Gary), Dirk (Margie), John (Annette) and Kathleen; his grandchildren, Miranda, Liesje (David), Annette, John David, Danielle (Jonathan), Annelise, Bethany, Nathaniel (Lea), Hannah (Nathan), Ben, Tobie, Lucy, Samantha and Ella; his great grandchildren, Esther, Flora and Emmerick; and his brothers, Henk, Dick and Wim.
