He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hornbeck and Rowena Hornbeck. He is survived by: his wife Katarina Eikeland; his children, Holly and Joshua (Trace); his grandchildren, Ashton Hornbeck and Trinity Hornbeck; and his siblings, Gary Hornbeck and Susan Pilling (Bill). He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
