David Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2025, at the age of 85, David Smith (Peterborough, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Smith and Rachel Smith; and his sister Janet. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, David (Rosie), Dan (Tania) and Linda Sage (Lee); his grandchildren, Geoff (Tetyana), Mark (Melissa), Andrew (Kassie), Danielle (Pete), Justin (Taite), Brittany (Sean), Luke (Sheila) and Nicole (Helder); his great grandchildren, Harrison, Nathan, Amelia, Reed, Lucas, Chloe, Daisy, Maddison, Jaxon, Taylor, Weslee and Lyla; his sister Diane Kraus (Peter); and his sister-in-law Deanna Rowan (Bill).
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J1C5).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hospice Peterborough in Dave's memory.
