He was predeceased by: his sons, Bernard and Keith. He is survived by: his spouse Helen Marie Thompson; his children, Susan Godfrey (Gerry), Rick, Marilyn Thompson, Gloria Richardson, Mike, Valerie Benoit (Rob) and Jimmy (Tanaya); and his sibling Byron (Eileen).
