She was predeceased by: her parents, John Breakspear (Jack) and Colleen Breakspear; and her nephew Paul DeBellefeuille. She is survived by: her siblings, Dan (Maureen), Maureen DeBellefeuille (John), Melanie Brown (Gary), Susan Davidson (Tom) and John (Susie); and her siblings' children, Jenna (Dave), Jesse, Katie (Nathan), Jody (Chris), Kelly (Ben), Nelson (Michelle), Andre (Ashley) and Stacia.
In memory of Denise, donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, or the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario, Peterborough Chapter would be appreciated by the family.
