He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Shaughnessy; his children, Bob O'Keefe and Anne Berger; his brother-in-law Al Shaughnessy (late Bernadette); and his parents, Thomas O'Keefe and Mary Ellen Kearney.
He is survived by: his son Jim O'Keefe (Diane) of Peterborough; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Sullivan (late Paul) and Eileen McTeague (late Patrick). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
