He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Coulter and Blanche Coulter; his daughter Heather; and his grandson Mason. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Coulter; his son Carl; his stepchildren, Ormalene, Tommy and Sharon; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Matthew, Sarah, Joey, Gerald and Jake.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Honky Tonk Angel (6725 Trans - Canada Hwy, Peterborough, ON L0A1C0).
